Your wholesale dial up rates are based on 2
factors. The base rate which is the rate based on the amount of
customers the reseller has. And the discount rate which is the
amount discounted from the base rate based on the prepayment
discount percentage scale. Add $1.50 for
Canadian rates.

To determine your exact rate. Examine the following examples.
Reseller #1 has 40 customers and only wants to pay monthly.
His/her base rate is therefore $6.50/mo until he/she reaches 50
customers. Then it will drop to $6.25/mo
Reseller #2 has 125 customers giving him/her a base rate of
$6/mo. This reseller wants to decrease that rate but do not have
75 more customers to lower their base rate. So they
decide to pre pay by 3 months. This gives them a discount of 10%
which lowers their monthly per user rate average to $5.40. Note that if
this reseller chooses to prepay by 12 months their monthly rate
average would only be $4.80.
Refund credits for prepaid accounts
The
natural concern about prepaying accounts is what happens
when I prepay for 6 months and the customer quits after only
2? In this instance, you would have received a 15
discount. We would therefore give you a credit for the
remaining 4 months. This gives you the ability to receive
the 15% discount without actually being obligated to
complete the 6 month prepay period. Note that only credits
are given for canceled accounts and not monetary refunds.

no frills program has either very low or no reseller fees. You pay
a wholesale rate per dial up of from $4.75 to $6.50/mo plus a one time $5 setup fee
for each dial up account you purchase. Although our base rate for unlimited accounts is $6.50/mo,.
there are several ways you can lower your rate to as

available to lower your wholesale rate to as little as $4.75/mo
for unlimited accounts by awarding you discounts of 10, 15 and 20%. Get your own

You and your
customers can also contact us thru our sophisticated online
chat program by pressing a button placed on the anonymous
customer service website or by sending an e-mail to support
to generate a trouble ticket. And as one of our valuable
resellers, you'll also have 24 hour toll free phone support
for yourself.
All resellers selling dial up will
also receive their own Reseller Dial up Control Panel.
This CP allows you to directly activate and delete dial up
accounts as well as modify their passwords, monitor usage
and seek local access numbers. Note that this CP is used for
activating dial up accounts only! It does not effect hosting
or email accounts even if they are part of a dial up account.

of the above plus it gives you a cPanel/WHM reseller
control panel. This CP allows your customers to signup
automatically online and the CP will assist you in
automatically billing your customers and generating trouble
tickets for their support requests. It can integrate with
your merchant account to accept credit cards directly or
thru other programs like PayPal. This means that the CP will
accept the online info from the customer as well as bill,
charge and update their accounts automatically. All you need
to do is activate your
customers dial up account via your own online dial up control
panel. Or you can forward the needed info to us and
we'll activate the dial up accounts for you. We'll only need the preferred username,
password, city/state and area code where customer will be
using their dial up account. After receiving this info we
will choose the best network to place your customer on,
activate the account and send you a confirmation e-mail with
