SiteDoctors.net DSL allows our wholesale resellers to provision high speed broadband Internet by partnering with the main carrier's in the country; including Covad, AT&T, Verizon, Bell Canada and negotiations to add Qwest and Bell South. Our DSL resellers can easily place orders for their customers or allow them to place their order themselves from our customer service site.

Unfortunately, DSL is extremely competitive and does not have much of a profit margin. But many resellers have said that they have lost several dial up customers to broadband providers'. This offering allows some of our resellers the chance to retain their dial up customers even while they upgrade to broadband. Therefore you're still able to continue to sell them your hosting, email, domain name, website building and other services.

We sell or lease our multiport wired and wireless DSL modems. A $25 deposit (refunded when modem is returned in working order) and a $5 monthly lease fee will be added to lease the modems plus $12.95 shipping, or $14.95 shipping to Canada. Or to buy, total charges to the customer is a one time $12.50 setup fee,$49.95 modem fee plus $12.95 shipping if they need a modem. Or $14.95 shipping to Canada and the monthly DSL rate. The modem, shipping and setup fee can be broken into 3 or 4 monthly payments if needed. A $10 handling fee will be added for this convenience.

How can resellers compete with the big carriers like AT&T or Verizon?

1. Most carriers compete by lowering rates and bundling services. Our resellers compete by offering a 1-on-1 personal touch. As for the price, remember that AOL is this highest priced dial up ISP in the world. And yet they are also the largest even though they charge over twice the amount as other dial up ISPs like PeoplePC
2. We also bundle the service with free extras that are more customized to the customer. Like a free domain name to customize their free email (customer@theirname.com) and free website (http://customer.com).
3. Most carriers and ISPs are offering low prices based on long term 1 to 3 year contracts with a $250 early termination fee. Our prices are all month to month and no ETF. Resellers should target customers with the above in mind and committed to memory. We also include free website space, email accounts and personal domain names.
4. Some customers can no longer get an AT&T or Verizon DSL account due to a large outstanding bill with the carrier or a failed credit check. We do not run credit checks and past bills with providers do not affect the customer when signing up with us.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS SIGNUP - All customers should be directed to our generically branded customer service site at http://onlinehelper.info/dsl where either the customer or the reseller can pre-qualify the customer to see if they are in one of our coverage areas. This pre-qualification form can also be placed on the reseller’s website. After pre-qualifying, the form will direct the user through the signup process. The customer will be presented with the retail customer price preset by SiteDoctors.net for the multiple DSL plans they pre-qualify for. If you want to markup this price, you the reseller should opt to pre-qualify the customer yourself, note the retail and your wholesale price and then set your prices accordingly.

BILLING - The SiteDoctors.net billing team will send Invoices out to the resellers at the time of signup for the current month and on the 1st of the next calendar month. This will not be sent as a Paper Bill - It will be an email including a detailed Line-item statement, listing each end-user and the associated charges for each. If the Partner has other SiteDoctors.net services they will be included on this emailed invoice. As with all other reseller services, the reseller is to bill and collect from their customers as we never have direct contact with your customers unless requested by the reseller concerning support issues. Cancelling a customer account cancellation must be done by the 25th of the month to avoid new billing on the 1st of the following month.

NOTE: There are no refunds for DSL service unless the service is unavailable to the customer due to errors on either our part or the carrier.

SUPPORT - As always, the SiteDoctors.net support team will provide our resellers with a toll free line to answer questions concerning their DSL solution. As a reseller you will need to provide Tier 1 support to your customers with regard to DSL services. We supply the Tier2 escalation support and contact with the LEC (ie Verizon, AT&T or Qwest). Or, resellers can direct their DSL customers to send their DSL support questions to support@onlinehelper.info. Tickets opened here will not be traceable through the reseller’s support system.

MODEM SHIPMENT – You will need to supply DSL modems to your DSL users. We sell modems for $49.95 ea. We will ship you a group of modems, and you simply insert your branded instructions (we provide the template) into the box and ship the package to the DSL customers.

PRICE – There is a one time $50 setup fee to signup for the program and a $12.50 setup fee per customer account. There are no minimum commitment levels per month.

WHOLESALE & END USER PRICING!

In order to find the reseller price and profit margin, Take the “Our Price” as the wholesale price to the reseller and subtract it from the “Customer Price” or suggested retail price to get your profit margin. Generally from $3 to $5 per month.

The screen below is an example of what customers will see while pre-qualifying for our DSL. The branding is all under OnlineHelper.info. Customers are only requested to enter their phone number and address to be looked up and matched with the carrier's database. No personal info is requested unless DSL the search comes back as available and after customer chooses a DSL plan. Order will be pending until Reseller approves the order. Note that there are no refunds issued after approval is given and order is completed. Resellers should collect all fees before the approval is made.
